Company in formation. MonteHost is currently being incorporated as a limited liability company (DOO) under Montenegrin law. We will add the registry details (company name, commercial register and tax numbers) here as soon as registration is complete. 2.1 Controller

2.2 What data we collect

When you fill in our enquiry or appointment form, we process the following details that you provide voluntarily:

Name, email address, phone number
Property details (type, location, rooms, floors, etc.)
Requested services and appointment preferences
Free-text remarks

We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and prepare an offer. We do not pass it on to third parties, except to the technical providers named below.

2.3 Form processing via Netlify

Our forms are processed and stored technically via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA). Netlify may use servers outside the EU/Switzerland and is bound to an adequate level of data protection by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. More: netlify.com/privacy.

2.4 Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit, technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access) is processed by the hosting provider.

2.5 No cookies, no tracking

This website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. If that changes (e.g. for advertising measurement), we will update this policy and add a cookie notice.

2.6 Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data. Simply write to info@montehost.me.

3. Terms of service & cancellation

This is a short summary. The full, binding terms form part of the individual contract that you receive and sign before services begin.

3.1 Enquiries through this website are non-binding

Submitting a form creates no payment obligation. A payment obligation arises only once you confirm a specific offer in writing.

3.2 Payment terms

A deposit of 3 monthly fees is due before services begin.
The monthly fee is invoiced in advance.
In case of late payment we may suspend services and offset the deposit.

3.3 Termination & cancellation

First 3 months: notice period of 7 days.
Afterwards: 30 days to the end of a month.
If payment is more than 2 months overdue, immediate termination is possible.

3.4 Liability

We are liable for gross negligence and intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

3.5 Governing law & jurisdiction

Montenegrin law applies. Jurisdiction: Ulcinj or Bar, Montenegro.
